Subscription & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone Settings:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Quran Chat"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
Yes! You can change your plan through your iPhone subscription settings. If you upgrade from monthly to yearly, you'll receive a prorated credit for your remaining monthly subscription time.
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during this period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.
Technical Support
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps:
- Force quit the app and reopen it
- Check you have the latest version from the App Store
- Restart your iPhone
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- If issues persist, contact us at support@quranchat.app
My subscription isn't recognized in the app
This can occasionally happen. Try:
- Ensure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID
- Force quit and restart the app
- Check your subscription is active in iPhone Settings
- If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID email

How accurate is the Islamic content?
All our content is based on authentic Islamic sources including renowned tafsir collections and scholarly works. However, for critical religious decisions or fatwa, we always recommend consulting qualified Islamic scholars in person.
Can I request new features?
Absolutely! We love hearing from our users. Send your feature requests to support@quranchat.app. We regularly update the app based on user feedback.
Is my data private?
Yes, your privacy is paramount. Your conversations are stored locally on your device and are never shared or sold. We don't track or analyze your personal spiritual questions. Read our full
