Quran Chat we respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is processed when you use our mobile application.

We do not collect, store, sell, or rent your personal data.

What Is Processed and Why

To generate AI responses, the content you type in the app (e.g., your questions and prompts) is transmitted over a secure connection to our AI provider and returned to your device as an answer. We do not operate cloud servers for the app and we do not keep copies of your conversations.

Processed Temporarily to Provide the Service

• Conversation prompts and context: Sent transiently to our AI provider to generate a reply.
• Subscription and billing: Handled by Apple through in-app purchases. We do not receive your payment details.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No account registration data (no name, email, phone number)
• No analytics or advertising identifiers
• No location or precise device identifiers
• No server-side logs of your conversations

Local Data on Your Device

Basic app settings or recent conversation context may be stored locally on your device to make the app work. You can remove this by deleting the app or clearing the app’s storage on your device.

Third-Party Processing

• AI Provider (OpenAI): We send your prompts to OpenAI to generate responses. Processing is subject to OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy. See OpenAI Privacy Policy and Usage Policies.
• Apple App Store / In‑App Purchases: Apple processes purchases and may collect data necessary for billing and fraud prevention. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. See Apple’s policies in the App Store.

We do not use third‑party analytics SDKs and we do not serve ads.

Security

All communications with the AI provider occur over encrypted HTTPS connections. Because we do not maintain application servers for this app, we do not retain copies of your prompts or responses.

Your Rights

Because we do not store personal data, most requests (access, correction, deletion) can be fulfilled by deleting the app from your device. If you have concerns about data processed by OpenAI, please review their privacy policy or contact us and we will assist where possible.

• Delete local data by uninstalling the app
• Manage billing or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can assist.

International Processing

Our AI provider and Apple may process data on servers outside your country. Their privacy practices govern such processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
